Refund Policy

At Grind Golf Co, we want you to look and feel your best on the course. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Tags: All original tags must still be attached to the apparel.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order #).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Customized or personalized apparel.

  • Worn or damaged items (unless the damage is a manufacturing defect).

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • Timing: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective Items: If you are returning an item because it is defective or we sent the wrong item, Grind Golf Co will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
