Shipping Policy
At Grind Golf Co, we strive to get your gear from our warehouse in Portage to the first tee as quickly as possible.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within [3-5] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during new drops or holiday sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are a flat rate of $9.99 and free over $75 which will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping is generally ground and can take anywhere from 3-7 days, also dependent on product availability.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours normally.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Grind Golf Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Grind Golf Co is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to help:

Damaged: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing, please contact the carrier directly.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
