I was born in South Korea, left on a doorstep and was adopted from an orphanage at 5 months old by the best parents anyone could ask for. I was raised in Paw Paw, Michigan with 14 siblings: 5 brothers and 9 sisters to be exact. Football was always my first love but golf a very close second. Graphic design came later in life after things slowed down for me and now that I'm an old man, golf and graphic design seem to be the only thing I can confidently do without hurting myself; most of the time. I'm your typical average golfer. I'll hit a great shot, make a long putt for a birdie and the next hole find myself dropping twice and end up with a triple bogey. Ah yes, the grind of golf. I'm now happily engaged and soon to be wed living in Portage, Michigan with my amazing Fiancée Ashley, 2 daughters: Kylie 6 - Jasmine 14, our beloved dog Lou and a cat named Polly. Having such supportive family, friends and my newfound followers with this Grind Golf Co adventure have helped get me to where I am today.  Thank you all!​

If there's one thing that I have learned, it's that life and golf have a lot of similarities. You're not always at your best. Theres always room for improvement. You have to grind if you want to be the best version of you. They can bring joy and they can bring pain and there's always that one thing that keeps you coming back for more. ​I've come to realize that you have two choices: You can choose to grind, or you can just choose to exist.
